Happy Thursday {{First Name | all}},

Today, my wife and I finally arrived back home. After weeks of upheaval, with three air filters humming softly and an air quality sensor keeping silent vigil, it feels deeply reassuring to be home. For now, things are stable, although air quality concerns and ‘what do we do next?’ questions hang in the air. For a moment, we feel lucky and don’t take it for granted that we’re able to be back in our home when many aren’t able to say the same right now.

Over these past weeks, I’ve been overwhelmed by the kindness and understanding of our community. There were emails and texts—messages I often didn’t have the bandwidth to respond to and am still behind on—that brought me comfort just by knowing people were thinking of us. I can’t put into words the gratitude we have for our friends who hosted us in San Diego—literally the worst houseguests as we arrived and promptly caught the flu.

Then there were moments of unexpected joy. Coming home today, we had no groceries, so we ordered in, and I found myself craving barbecue sauce. Finding that jar of Texas’ BBQ sauce waiting for me in the cupboard—a gift from Jervin —put a huge grin on my face. It’s a simple reminder of how meaningful small acts of care can be, picking you up even when you’ve had a rough few days. Shout out to Texas BBQ Sauce!

This Gift Got Opened At Just The Right Time!

To everyone who reached out, supported us, or just thought of us during this time, thank you. Your understanding, especially as my posts slowed and my focus faltered in the face of the fires, means the world to me. I’m back now, re-centered and ready to continue the journey. And today, I want to reflect on a concept that has been profoundly present for me these past few weeks: Radical Acceptance.

Nobody will ever know you’re enjoying some THC.

We recommend you try them out because they offer a 100% money-back guarantee. And for a limited time, you can receive 20% off with code FIRST20.

Radical Acceptance: Embracing Reality to Build What’s Next

Recently, I came across a LinkedIn post by a mother battling cancer. She shared how the practice of Radical Acceptance had reshaped her perspective on life. Though I’d heard the term before, her words inspired me to explore its deeper meaning—and what I found has been transformative.
