A few ideas:
Book a date night reservation to connect with your partner
Plan to get outside for a hike or bike ride and get into nature
Think of a family fun surprise to spark some joy
Commit to a workout or sign-up for a class
Get inspired maybe at a new art gallery, museum or coffee shop
Get together with some buddies and laugh for an hour or two
Pick a new recipe to cook or tackle another new challenge
OR Cancel plans if you realize you’re burning out and need downtime
These are just a few ideas, the point being if you are inspired by anything today, instead of thinking of it on Sunday, you can probably shift the weekend a little in your favor.
