Today, we’re launching something new at Infinite Momentum: our first group challenge, powered by Strava!
This month, we’re competing to see who can log the most workout time. Strava’s leaderboard will rank participants based on their overall activity, making it easy to track your progress and cheer each other on.
Need extra motivation besides boosting your health? We’ve got you covered with prizes! More details on that to come.
Here’s how it works: every 30 minutes of activity earns you one entry into the prize draw. The more you move, the better your chances!

While this is a friendly competition, it’s also about showing up for yourself. Let’s make January a month of growth and momentum, no matter where you’re starting from. Don’t overthink it—just join in and have fun!
How to get started:
Follow me on Strava.
Email/text me that you’re in. I’ll Invite you to the group challenge.
You need to accept the invite in Strava
Start logging your activity—run, swim, hike, kayak, walk, whatever gets you moving!
Challenge will run from Jan 4 - Jan 31.
Bonus Tip: If you have an Apple Watch or Garmin, I would link it to your Strava account.
