12 Random Ideas for Random Acts of Kindness

  1. Text or call a friend or relative you haven’t caught up with a while - see if you can make them smile

  2. Drop-off some comfort food or a treat to a neighbors place

  3. Get your partner a ‘just because’ gift or flowers

  4. Pay for the person’s coffee behind you in the Starbucks drive-thru

  5. Bring in a (preferably healthy) snack for co-workers on your way into work

  6. Make someone laugh

  7. Send a birthday card to someone with a December birthday
