Text or call a friend or relative you haven’t caught up with a while - see if you can make them smile
Drop-off some comfort food or a treat to a neighbors place
Get your partner a ‘just because’ gift or flowers
Pay for the person’s coffee behind you in the Starbucks drive-thru
Bring in a (preferably healthy) snack for co-workers on your way into work
Make someone laugh
Send a birthday card to someone with a December birthday
Ask an elderly neighbor if they need any help with chores this weekend
Mow your neighbors’ lawn or shovel their driveway (depending on geo)
Pay someone a genuine compliment - can be a total stranger
